Why should I use Swizo if Notion is already available?
As a tech entrepreneur, you have a lot of things that you're currently working on, which means that you need a quick and easy tool. Which is why you may have been using Notion to manage your projects and capture ideas.
So why use Swizo then? What can Swizo bring that Notion doesn't already have? Let's disucss that here.
Reason 1: A Simple, Less Complicated Tool
Notion is a great tool to organize ideas and projects.
However, you may have noticed that it can be a lot to learn, and because there are many features that you may not use, it can get quite complicated for the solo entrepreneur.
For a tech entrepreneur, you may not need a reading list or habit tracker, but rather, tools and templates to help you brainstorm ideas for your projects. You want features tailored to your needs.
With Swizo, we wanted this tool to be as straightfoward as possible. There are two main features:
One: You can create multiple projects, and each project has idea "templates" to help you explore all problem areas of a project that you can solve.
Two: There is an idea space, where you can place ideas into different categories, or phases. This feature helps you to visualize your ideas based on importance.
Reason 2: Templates tailored to tech entrepreneurs
One great feature of Notion is the various templates that they offer to get you up and running.
However, many of these templates are not tailored to those of us who are tech founders.
For instance, one simple template that I wanted was a way to capture outside references. For instance, let's say I saw a cool FAQ section on somebody's website that I wanted to reference for later.
You could copy the link and paste it in Notion, and write details about it, but where would you store it? Would you have a whole page of copy and pasted links? That could get complicated very quickly.
With our prebuilt templates, we are considering the templates a tech entrepreneur would find most useful when organizing ideas, and creating them in a way that is as easy to put down as possible.
Using Swizo to organize ideas
Notion is a great tool to organize notes for general purposes. But for tech entrepreneurs, you need something more tailored to your needs, and this is where Swizo comes in.
Many times, you have a problem that you are trying to solve, and we want to help you solve those problems and come up with the best ideas possible.
